Through the support of props like bolsters\, blocks\, and blankets\, you’ll navigate the true art of surrender. As a result you will reduce stress and release tension. Poses are held for 5-10 minutes and each end in a meditative Shavasana. Small group size allows for optional massage and hands-on assists.
