Experience the Garden using ALL of your senses at our Seasonal Shinrin-yoku Series! Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," is the Japanese philosophy of immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere in order to reap the restorative benefits. Forest bathing boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, prevents and relieves stress and anxiety and increases cognitive functioning. Guided forest bathing walks are appropriate for all ages and abilities. Each session will end with a nature-based tea ceremony.
