A limited selection of bulbs will be available for in-person purchase in the Garden Shop starting the weekend of Oct 23, 2026.

Your purchase beautifies your landscape AND supports the Botanical Garden.

2026 Bulb Pickup in the Garden Shop on Friday, October 23 and Saturday, October 24 from 10am-3pm. You will receive an email with your order receipt and further details about pickup after ordering. Please contact Miranda at mseim@dmbotanicalgarden.com if you have questions or if you would like assistance with placing your order online.

*Plant quantities are subject to availability from the grower. Any unavailable items will be refunded. If there are back-ordered bulbs, there will be an additional pickup time scheduled on a later day.

General Planting Guidelines

1. Plant 3 times the size of the bulb. ex 2-inch bulb plant 6 inches down, 1-inch bulb plant 3 inches down
2. For most bulbs plant pointy side up, roots down. For some bulbs (corms) it is harder to tell. Look for roots or plant the bulb sideways, it will find its way up.
3. No need to add anything to the planting hole. Bulbs have the nutrients they need to bloom next year already stored.
