Seasonal Forest Bathing
Experience the Garden using ALL of your senses at our Seasonal Forest Bathing Series with Intertwined Iowa. Known for its restorative, relaxing benefits and increasing cognitive functioning. Each session will end with a nature-based tea ceremony. Guided forest bathing walks are appropriate for all ages and abilities.
