Marimo moss balls are unique, easy to care for, and so cute! Create and decorate a tiny aquarium for your own miniature marimo moss balls. This drop-in style activity allows you to work at your own pace. Stations are sanitized between groups. Tickets do not include admission to the Garden. Shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing," is the Japanese philosophy of immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere in order to reap the restorative benefits. Forest bathing boosts immunity, lowers blood pressure and stress hormones, prevents and relieves stress and anxiety and increases cognitive functioning. Guided forest bathing walks are appropriate for all ages and abilities. Each session will end with a nature-based tea ceremony.
