Succulent Dish Gardens | Thursday, June 1, 5:30-7 p.m.

Explore the plants of desert ecosystems, then plant and decorate your own succulent garden to take home. Learn how to safely plant and care for succulents along with all the growing tips and tricks you need.

Yoga for Beginners | Saturday, June 3, 9-10 a.m.

Start your Saturday off right with a relaxing yoga flow in our outdoor gardens. Are you looking to try something new, this is the perfect class for you! Move through yoga practices connecting the mind and body through breath awareness and movement.

Building a Backyard Prairie | Tuesday, June 6, 5:30-7 p.m.

Join us for this workshop to learn how to use native plants to create a backyard prairie. Discover how this prairie space can aid in stormwater management then pot up a native species to take home to begin creating your own backyard prairie. This workshop is great for ages 14 and up.

Wild Landscapes at the Botanical Garden | Thursday, June 8, 5:30-7 p.m.

Explore the wild landscapes of the Botanical Garden, from its interesting blooms to its unique design. Then create your own miniature wild landscape to take home with you! All materials provided.

Take some time to relax and re-center yourself at the Botanical Garden. Whether you are a yoga expert or looking to try something new, this is the perfect class for you. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and water bottle. Due to limited capacity, preregistration is required.

This is the ulTEAmate tea class. Led by Red Dragon Herbs & Teas, learn what herbs to use in loose leaf tea and what benefits each provide. At the end of the class, participants take home their own signature tea blend.

Summer Solstice Stroll | Wednesday, June 21, 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Celebrate the longest day of the year with a walk through the Botanical Garden. Enjoy a glass of wine and soak up the early summer highlights of the outdoor gardens. All participants must be at least 21 years of age.

Advanced Terrariums | Thursday, June 22, 5:30-7 p.m.

Take your houseplant terrarium game to the next level at this premium hands-on workshop. Create and learn how to care for your own closed ecosystem complete with begonias, exotic orchids, and carnivorous plants. All plants and terrarium supplies are included.

Learn about the adaptations of desert plants and take one home. Choose from a variety of succulent plants and learn how to pot one up like a professional. This drop-in style activity allows you to work at your own pace. Walk-up registration only. Available while supplies last. Admission to the Garden is not included.
