Community Membership Program
The Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden is pleased to offer 501(c)3 nonprofit agencies who support individuals and families to join this new Community Membership program. Our goal is to support community, collaboration, and creativity, and to give greater access to the Botanical Garden so more can learn about the world of plants.
To be eligible for the Community Membership, agencies must have proof of 501(c)3 status, have a mission focused on supporting individuals and families, and be in Iowa.
The Botanical Garden offers unique educational resources that can support and nurture your own community. A Community Membership provides convenience and affordability for organizations that regularly bring clients for exercise, inspiration and engagement.
Our Community Membership will allow your organization to visit as often as you would like for an entire year. It allows access for up to 12 people per visit, allowing different people to visit each time. Groups must be accompanied by at least one employee of the Community Membership organization, and proof of employment is required for access.
Annual Dues: $250 per nonprofit organization
